Cranberry-Pear Salad

 Cranberry-Pear Salad Serves 6 Ingredients 8 c. mesclun salad (spring) mix 1 lg. pear, sliced ½ c. dried cranberries ½ c. chopped pecans 1 c. sliced red onion ¼ c. Parmesan cheese Procedure Toss all ingredients together in a large salad bowl. Dress with Balsamic Vinaigrette and serve immediately.
