Pumpkin & Ginger Snap Trifle...

  This super-simple Fall dessert can be made ahead and assembled just before serving. Pumpkin & Ginger Snap Trifle Serves 8-10 Ingredients 16 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 lg. can plain pumpkin 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. ginger 1 c. whipping cream 1/2 c. honey (recommended: orange blossom) 1 tbsp. orange zest 1 tbsp. orange juice 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 lg. box of ginger snaps Whipped cream (optional garnish) Procedure Combine pumpkin, cream cheese, honey, orange juice, orange zest, vanilla, and spices in a large mixing bowl.
